Unwanted Returns

We really hope that you love your items, but if for any reason you want to return them then we have a 7day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging if possible.
To start a return, please contact alison@tinco.uk. If you need to send your item back, please ensure your parcel is well protected as we are not responsible for damages or loss that occur in the return shipping to us. Any shipping costs to return the item are at the cost of the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please allow a few days to see the refunded funds in your account.
Damaged Items
We check all our products before they are sent out, however, if your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered please contact us within 3 days including photos of the damage, to request a refund. We are unable to make a claim from the delivery company without photographic evidence, so unfortunately refunds cannot be authorised without photographic evidence.

Once the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on the original payment, minus the shipping costs.
